Macro Day

Today was a lazy day were i didn't get up to much. I had recently picked up a macro lens and it has been very good to me. i'm loving it. Here are some of my samples.

Solo Snow Shoe

So today i woke up and looked at the thermometer and read -28. Not much gonna happen today but..... a snowshoe. So I packed up all my camera stuff and left. I went back to one of the areas I'd been before and was thinking that I was going to venture out and try and find sawdust lake. When i came to the first fork in the trail and nobody had been there i decided i'd be the one to go. There was nothing but uphill climbing. I was pooped but when I reached the top I was met by nice views of the nor west mountain range. When I reached the top I had noticed my big icy moustache had been getting a bit out of controll. needless to say the second half went faster as it was all down hill.

Pickle Lake Snow Shoe

So i finally got around to bringing my camera up to pickle lake to work with me. since there was nothing at work worth taking pictures of i decided to go and walk across the lake to one of the islands on pickle lake. It was cold and i was tired but it was a really good walk and it was quiet and nice nobody was out cause it was damn cold but it went good for me.
